So any Guitar players here? I Always had interest, thinking to take the plunge now. Budget - upto 100$ maximum, in the beginning. I need one that can be connected with other devices, like laptops, and maybe used to play games like Rocksmith? And also has not too weak sound without amplifiers - For this same reason I don't want pure electric ones. I am confused between Semi-Acoustic and Electro-Acoustic? Any advice or suggestions guys? Thanks.
I am sorry to be the one to tell you this, but you are not going to find a guitar that you can plug into your computer for under a hundred dollars. Electric guitars are designed specifically to be plugged into amps - so you need to set some money aside for an amp, too, even if you thought you did not need it in the first place. The higher end guitars that you can get, that do plug into the computer, cost between three hundred and seven hundred dollars each, depending on where you are in the world. Even when you buy a guitar with a usb cable, you will need to find a replacement cable that takes the place of the one from the bottom of the guitar into the computer and if your computer is not very new and you don't have a soundcard (you definetily need a sound card) you might have some stability issues. Thanks for replying. I actually had no idea. I didn't wanted to spend too much in the beginning, and thought if any entry level ones come with some connectivity, it would be nice.
it is really hard to but a good guitar for 100 only and if you want it to have all these options it will cost much more as my simple acoustic guitar cost 200$
buy a used squier stratocaster... should be cheap, and you can usually resell for what you paid. You can often get guitar + amp for under $100 if you hunt around a bit.
If you're looking for an akoestische gitaar this will suit you : Richwood akoestische gitaar. Unfortunatelly these guitars are only available in Holland, but for 29 euro you can have one shipped to the US.
