    1. You may try twiends or easyretweet, etc websites for follow exchange.
    2. you can also use a desktop client tweetadder for reciprocal following.
    3. you go to fiverr and search for twitter followers gigs. The people giving more than 500+ followers are most probably bots. I even saw people selling 20k+ followers for USD 5 which are definitely not real people.
    4. communicate to your existing followers, tweet relatively, exchange information, retweet nice tweets to get organic following. This is very slow process.
