Like the others said, 30 dollars is not a bad price, still affordable. Some go for the cheap fiverr option which is not always good. It does not mean because is cheap, it has to be good. Sometimes you hire cheap services and the quality of the job done is not good enough to what you were expecting. Same thing happens with services that charge you a substantial amount of money, they promise the moon and the earth, and the end result of their services does not reflect what they said to you in the beginning. What I am trying to say here is. It is a fine line you are walking on when it comes to hire somebody's services out there, you never know what are you going to come across at the end. I hope that helps a little bit.
It looks good for the price, if you want to save more you can check here on DP for similar offers. You will surely find cheap ones with quality output in here.
I definitely have to agree with you on this one. There are definitely cheaper option that you can use. Don't get me wrong, we all made the mistake of wasting money when we should have. The video quality is great, but the mentioned website could have done the exact same thing for $25 less
