I have a new blog and a day I have sent more than 20 articles. So, google has been put on spam lists?

do you mean, whether if you post 20 article a day with new blog it will be mark to spam? I think is not, because not all the posts directly indexed

 

What will likely determine whether you are on spam list will depend, I suppose, to the type of content you supply. If your content is unique, there would be no good reason to put you as a spammer. You may get your self labelled a spammer if you repeatedly post duplicate content with no real value to your visitors.

It depends on the Quality of Content and article sites. If the article sites where have submitted your article has good page rank, high quality, then there is no chance of considering spam.

 

My blog is a download book blog.. So, The contents couldn't unique...

But The contents on my blog is not duplicate ..

 

Its depends on quality contents only poor quality is contents are beaned...
