    I have a banner advertisement on top of my forum ( subheader position ).advertiser wants to change its banner I don`t know how to do.

    im not an expert by a long way, but have you downloaded/looked at the vbulletin manual ?
    its quite BIG (as in BIG)
    so it might have it in there

    theres the main one on the vb site
    and if you do a search on the net then you will be able to find a very good downloadable book that will be VERY helpfull.

    just use you local friendly search engine and the terms you would use to search for

    You have two options how the ads can be placed, one is in the ad_location_ templates, another one would be right in the template itself.
    If it's under your navbar, check that template.
    If it's placed the "hard way"
    check the top of these templates

    an easy way to find it would be to search the advertiser in your templates, search for the link it's sending clicks to or search for the banner image name.
