    Hello everyone,

    I am selling my adsense niche I developed almost 2 weeks ago. The site is unique and custom. I wrote all the articles myself, therefore, they are custom, along with the site. I am an avid runner and all the articles relate to the 5k runner "crowd." It's made a few dollars from adsense, but not much. I won't have much time for this site as I am entering my new semester at school.

    sorry but i think this is a joke or something,you said you wrote all the articles for this website but... this is all you wrote below and the rest are google ads.

    First of all, a 5k is a 5 kilometer race (rougly 3.10 miles). People of all ages, shapes, sizes and genders run this. Some for their schools, others for a hobby and some run to stay in shape.

    Obviously, 3 miles is no walk-in-the-park. A 5k takes an enourmous amount of preparation, dedication and a certain mind set in order to be successful. Throughout this site, I will provide to you some of the best training tips to assist you in training for a 5k

    ok i see now.. nice blending work just make sure its not against googles tos.But for real start promoting your site get some pr to prove this little niche of yours can bring the traffic and resubmit it for sale.

    I know that the blending of image with google adsense is not allowed ! Google always states the ads should be separate of images that are added ! Just warned ya :)
