I need help on marketing a movie, spent every dime we had to make the movie and wasn't watching our spending, need to find free marketing for advertising to create buzz, face book and YouTube just is not enough. any advise will be appreciated. Thank you
What kind of movie and which country are you from? In many English-speaking countries it is possible to get a movie shown in chains of independent cinemas. That's if we're talking of a high-quality feature film. If you're strapped for cash, I'd suggest setting up accounts on Facebook, Youtube and Twitter. You will, however, need super cool shareable content to be able to create buzz on social platforms. Do you have a list of influential film bloggers? You oughta say "hello" to them and see if anyone would give you some free publicity.
