My account got limited due to invalid PAN. The PAN submitted is accurate and I have been withdrawing money for the last 4 month without any trouble. But yesterday I got a mail that my account is limited due to invalid PAN. How could that happen? If i have not a validate PAN then How can i rececive money from paypal since last 4 month.
i already mail them they give me instruction to submit a scan copy of PAN card through Fax or Upload at Paypal account. Which was better idea Fax or Upload. How much time is taken by paypal to resolve this issue.
Better option for you is to simply scan it and upload it. And then call them up, it will be resolved at the same time.
Hello, I submitted the scan copy of pan card and it was sucessfully verified but my account is still showing limitation message when i call him they give me instruction to confirm bank account but i don't know how to confirm it because i already confirm my bank account earlier and there was not any option remaining to confirm it. Remove your bank account and then add and verify again. And if there is any difficulty, then call them.
Can I delete my existing account and create new one from same email ID and PAN number because there was not any option of remove of account. When I call them they told me your PAN is not verified yet it is still in under verification but earlier they told me that you have to confirm your bank account. Right now they told me to wait some more days I am waiting almost from 10-15 days. In my account there was not any open cases in resolution centre and in my profile they showing PAN card is verify sucessfully. Now I am hopeless...
No, you can't use same details on another account. You just need to get your PAN verified anyhow. Keep mailing them and call them on their skype number for free.
