No I didn't. Did you know that it's better for governments to spend lots of money on Agriculture than it is to spend lots of money on killing people? No? You didn't know that?

And if you spent all that money that was spent on killing people you would have so much more to spend in your own country. Imagine a free health scheme for all, a welfare security blanket for all, even better infrastructure. Imagine paying off the deficit, job creation and you could probably add a few other things yourself. What an amazing country you would be.

Well there you go, I go to my favourite micro finance organisation to help a few people out and the loan on top of the list is for Rene - who lives in Zapata, Texas.

    http://www.kiva.org/lend/484344

Kiva organises loans for the poorest people of the world. So I guess that Obama's policies are really biting.

I did a search and found a great team for DP members to join and help fellow Americans out through these difficult times - Republicans For Change.

There aren't many members but their motto is "Show the true nature of people who support the Republican Party."

I'd settle for a government that doesn't repressively tax the poor with fuel costs driven by a green energy agenda. I'd settle for a government that doesn't hand out taxpayer dollars and exclusive use of taxpayer assets to those who can afford to buy expensive green energy products. Its offensive from the perspective of both social justice and appropriate use of taxpayer dollars.

Of course this is perhaps the fifth time I've spelled this out for you, and you have yet to absorb it.

How are we going to pay off the deficit when we are busily providing a welfare security blanket for all? Of the 60% of federal revenues/money borrowed from China not spent paying interest on the debt, 70% goes to the types of entitlements you mention, and only 30% to the military.

How are we going to create jobs when nobody needs to work because they are wrapped in a nice warm welfare security blanket? How are people going to live in peace with a bunch of Islamists running amok bombing your airline, shooting your citizens, and blowing up trains and night clubs world wide?

This is the type of idiocy people like John Lennon spread with stupid, naive, songs like "Imagine". Most of the hippies who bought into that nonsense have since taken a shower and gained a little wisdom.

It's a simple fact that the more posts on here someone has calling the US nasty names, the more ardently they support Khalid Sheik Obama for president.

Endorsements from foreign assholes that hate us are not likely to help him... but please do continue. We enjoy the comedy. :p

Ah a little more investigating and I see that Republicans for Change has 15 members who have donated 1200.00 to help the poor people of the world.

Team Obama has 4600 members who have donated 1,665,000 to help the poor people of the world.

Really demonstrates the difference between the two parties and it's why I cheer for the current President of the United States - you go Obama!!! Go Democrats!

Really, that's your argument for electing Obama? Charitable giving?

If charitable giving is your preferred measure, Romney outgave Obama in both dollars and percentages, by a large margin.
    http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2012/09/22/romneys-taxes-a-window-into-charitable-giving/

Romney 2011 - donated $4 million, about 29% of their income.
Obama 2011 - gave $172,130, or roughly 21.8% of their income.

Why do I suspect that will mean nothing, notwithstanding your prior argument. LOL.

Shows the philosophical differences between members of each party. Compassion with the Democrats, "who cares" with the Republicans. I go with compassion 100%.

No I want the Democrats to win because of the Bush years. Never want to see another arsehole Republican government in place while I am alive and there are far too many Republican politicians of that era still sitting around waiting for another chance to stuff the world.

So I stand waving the American flag cheering for Mr Barack Obama.

    Yeah Obama!

We didn't elect a president in the 1940s by polling fans of Hitler and Hirohito, and won't consider the wishes of the America haters today either. The more guys like you cheer Obama, the less Americans want him. Tell ya what though, we'll send him to you after we elect him Ex-President in November if ya like.

Btw - Your argument is still horse-shit
-- Republicans outgive Democrats by a large margin.
-- Dems only get generous when spending somebody else's money.

Returning from a glorious walk along the beach to the news on the radio of another Aussie soldier dead in Afghanistan. Thanks Bush.

Yep us Obama supporters are US haters alright. Damn us to hell.

Bush has been out of office for 4 years. Take my word for it, it was in all the papers, dumbass.

More soldiers have been killed in Afgan land under Obama than were in Bush's TWO terms. Apparently not listening to your generals is a really stupid thing. Gee, who knew.

Oddly enough I knew Bush was out. He's the invisible man, the dead cat in the election. He who must not be named. He whose conservative policies were so catastrophic it is best never to mention him.

Unfortunately we are your ally and we follow you into wars, sad but true. So your policies affect us greatly. And our sons and daughters die.

Did your hip pocket have a little jiggle then? That was a due BOTW listing cancelling.

Under the Democrats there is a small but possible chance that somebody will say out loud "Hey do you think that invading these countries, killing these people, interfering in their politics, telling countries what they should be doing, do you think that we might actually be creating terrorists? Do you think that if we just went home and left them to sort out their own selves things may be better for all concerned. Do you think that ensuring that the people of Iraq, Afghanistan and former ally Pakistan are now firmly against us is a good thing?"

Small but not insignificant chance under Obama, no chance under Mitt.

I've heard offering them oral pleasures might save you from their wrath. It sounds a bit suspect, but if you are concerned about it, I suppose it couldn't hurt.

BTW, you are one of the few people I've heard complain about Bush getting anyone involved in Afghanistan. According to most people I know, it was Al Queda that got you involved in Afghanistan.

Hey I'm just reading about AQ. They are really expanding their franchise aren't they. Foiled attacks in Jordan today, governing half of Mali, still trying to start a civil war in Iraq, attacks in Libya. Then there's Somalia, Syria, Yemen and they are still causing problems in Indonesia. Probably missed a couple of countries too.

Nasty turds they are, hopefully the governments of these countries get on top of them.

Yes. Al queda seems to be expanding their influence. Oddly, Obama keeps suggesting they're history.

But why let facts get in the way of a good campaign theme?

Worth a brief montage of Obama's foreign policy, the real big reason Bob loves him.

Damn that Obama - showing respect to the leaders of other countries. Damn him, damn him.

Do you expect him to admit defeat? That Afghanistan was a waste of time? He's President and he has to tell people that the US is on top of things, that's his job. What would happen if he said "Well AQ has done us like a dinner, they weren't in Afghanistan when we got there. they were never in Iraq until now and now they have operations in a dozen countries."

What's Mitt going to do, invade a dozen countries.
