    I can't understand one thing. I have no friend in my Google plus ID. But when I share any thing from my blog, it shows page views from Google plus. What is the reason here ?

    Google+ is important if you are going for a long term SEO plans for your site, then you can connect your profile with your site, set up authorship, get natural author snippets and more.. but if you are running a short term site then it's not necessary.

They can see what you share, who likes it, what is most important to you, what is most important to your friends, and whether your company is able to satisfy the needs of your followers. Google added a new feature to their search engine where you can add a + before your company name which will bring up your business profile directly bypassing the search results. They are tied to a destination page, the website where they are embedded the same as tweets or likes.

    You can share to specific circles. If you make a circle with people in eg. Affiliate marketing, then you can share your stuff, to them only. So your can exclude people.
