    I spent a lot of time in finding this low competition niche. I really wanted to develop the website and start earning in the future. But since i need some money, I decided to sell this website. This website has a huge potential as it is related to mortgage, it has a very high CPC.

    The content was only added recently. As you can see the attached market samurai screenshot, the CPC is very high and also the competition is low. I am sure this website will bring good revenue in the near future.
