    SERP Ranking - Used to rank on the second page of google.com but as I wasn't able to update it...The rankings went down. (EMD update might either be the issue or not)

    Has 1000+ quality backlinks (including 2 .gov backlinks) pointing to root domain (acc. to majestic SEO)

    Has 7 quality 500 word articles..

    You can easily rank this to top by frequently updating it.
