I am using Adword to advertise Cj affiliate. So far, I lost a lot of money with Adword without gernating any sale from Cj. But with the same ads, same keywords, I made some money with Microsoft Ad ceter. I dont know why? I suspect that there are something wrong in tracking affiliate links btw Adword and Cj. Anyone have same experince?
I haven't invested money into adwords yet. Although I know a few peolpe who make a living off flipping adwords to affiliates. One thing they all have in common is they lost money the first couple of times they tried. From what I've gathered it's basically like an investment. Sort of like an ROI you control. My 2 cents, good luck
Is hard to make money there as the market is very saturated and you need to be a specialist in AdWords. Normally you lost a lot $$ if you don;t know what you are doing. Also you have the problem that you pay Google first to receive from CJ far later.
I tried adword CJ combination for many programs, in almost 80% program I lose money but in 20% programs I earn money and they compensated my loss. You have to try several program to find profitable one, also you have to become expert in choosing right keyword for your program.
I'm making some money pushing adwords to CJ... not a ton, probably averaging $30-50/day. Adwords right to the merchant site will probably waste a lot of money, but if you think of the individual products/services available through CJ as similar to offers on an Azoogle/MaxBounty type CPA network, you're probably headed in the right direction.
$30 -50/ day that's already good amount. I wish I could do same as you. But I still have not find a gold mine in Cj.
Has anyone tried sending adwords traffic to CJ as opposed to Clickbank? I've been making some decent money with CB products, but CB is having some problems these days. I'm wondering if Commission Junction would work in a comparable way... Anybody used both? AJ
You can sign up for adwords by going to adwords.google.com. Adwords is how companies buy the ads that show up on google searches and on adsense-equipped blogs/sites.
I use adCenter to deliver traffic to Azoogle ads. I have used Adwords to send traffic to CJ and made very little. I'm sure there are others who have made gazillions of dollars, but Adwords doesn't work as well for me (though I still use it hoping to hit a sweet spot).
Your keywords on AdWords may be too broad and attract unqualified traffic. You may need to narrow your keywords and possibly use negative keywords to get rid of unwanted traffic. That may improve your conversions. Adwords is good but you need to get the right traffic from it to make a profit -- there lies the trick -- how to obtain "good targeted traffic".
Hmmm. So it's like speculative investing? I think I may stick to placing aff links in my blog properties. I usually have a knack for losing money at these things
Is there someone who could explain me how to use CJ with adwords ? I mean is it possible to copy the content of the <a href="> tag in order to use it directly inside adwords redirection ? Thanks for your help,
If I understand this thread correctly, you run Adwords campaigns and redirect the visitor to the affiliate site? If so, are you sending them directly to the affiliate from the Adwords ad itself, or are you sending them to a page on your site that auto redirects to the affiliate? Vito
You may try free signup offers and pay per click offers of cj or any affiliate network to start earning by advertising on adword or i think best idea is to drive traffic to your own website with multiple image/text links. all the best.
Hello Vito, Yes i plan to redirect the user directly to the affiliate, i don't want to make my own landing page. I were just wondering if it was possible to make such a redirection using adwords and CJ ?
