Looking for a Subscription Bar Wordpress Plugin

Hey there guys and gals,

I've been looking for subscription bar wordpress plugin that I can add to my website which would attract visitors to sign up to my emails with ease. The image below is the type of subscription bar I am looking for:

I am NOT looking for wordpress plugins like foobar or Viperbar or any bar thats above the fold. I'm looking for something similar to whats on the screenshot.

Anyone know of any plugins??

Have you tried one of the contact form plugins? You get some really good ones, but I am not sure about the positioning options for these.

 

Ya, I tried most plugins related to "contacts" or bars. They are all not what I'm looking for. But ya, hopefully I can find a wordpress plugin.

 

aweber etc all supply opt ins etc

Aweber would provide HTML coding to create a subscription bar for WordPress platform websites?

 

I've tried subscribe2 before. I could never really figure out how to create a Subscription bar like you seen on the screenshot above.
