How to advertise an advice forum?

How do you think I should advertise an advice forum? I own http://www.advicethread.com and I am looking for ways to advertise it. I think that a lot of people need help but they're just not able to find the website for it so I think that if I advertise my forum, it could really help them out. I also have many interesting topics, for example, http://www.advicethread.com/viewtopic.php?t=587

I would like to know how to get people to be interested in an advice forum. I'd appreciate it if you offered me some "advice". Thank you very much.

I've noticed this was a marketing forum so I'm not completely sure if this the place to put this thread.
