I was very fond of beer when was I in the age of 23-26 years. But after joining social work, dont like to consume beer.
Strangely I do not like the stuff. It can be really usefull and even my doc told me that it is very good for you if you have renal problems, but I can't stomach it. I make up for this by being able to drink almost any other alcohol in existance
everyone should avoid it, because it is not good for health and it's have a harmful effect on brain & body tissue.
Kind of stupid to say "avoid it" because "not good for health", as everything is bad for your health in excess. However, in moderation beer is fine, in fact it's positive for the health. It can help prevent kidney stones, carbonated beer will (like other carbonated drinks) help settle a problematic stomach, beer can help to increase HDL and there are other positives about it. I would be much more concerned about coke, for example, and its harmful effects to body tissue.
Hell yes, Whiskey is great. Every time I travel outside of the EU I get the 1litre two bottles for £20 deal (or whatever offer is on at the time, just for people going to destinations outside the EU) while waiting for the plane. Don't drink it then of course, not until I get to my destination with good company. Also red wine, even better health benefits than beer plus it's great for cooking with.
It cracks me up that the majority of the "don't like it" responses come from the countries whose cuisine most suits a nice cold beer to wash it down.
