Hello Frisna, The site took minutes to load for me, and I am using a relatively high-speed connection. The template is not visually appealing and there are already hundreds of sites made about mesothelioma only for Adsense. To increase your chances, use a nice template (check out www.OSWD.org for free ones) and add original content to your site. Don't listen to those who tell you hundreds will be easily made from mesothelioma clicks, it is more probable that you receive no clicks at all this way. Build an original nice site and things would start looking better. Good luck with everything.
Yeah very slow loading, I would fix that first. Be very careful of your middle top ad as Google might not like how its blended into the content.

It loaded fast on my PC, You should do something with header, it looks so amatuer, also there is white gaps between right side and menues up and down, maybe try to make it more eye catching if you really want visitors to come back not just clicks for adsense.

For or your first adsense site it might be easier to target keywords that may not pay as much per click but are easier to get good rankings for.
