How much would you charge for a mobile website?

    Hello,

    I have a customer who wants a mobile version of his website.

    The website is quite simple 5 pages with a shopping cart and a login/register feature.

    How much would you charge for this?

    Not less than 300€ for something like that. It's not simple as it seems if it's done properly, but still, it depends on the country where you live, where's the customer from, how urgent the request is, and is he looking for a cheap way out or a quality service.

    I guess 500$ is enough if it is not a mobile apps, just a mobile site.

    Like someone pointed out it really depends on more variables than you mentioned. Cross platform is the biggie, you need to make sure it works in the correct browsers, tablets, mobile etc. I would say for a 5 pager around £300 as everything is there already it's mainly a copy & paste job.

    I think one of the most important factors has already been mentioned, where you live.

    I would do some research to see what the average rate for web design is in your area.
