Home page title tag

    How many keywords should there be in the home page title tag?

    I assume that the less there are the more focused the title will be. My title tag has 4 keywords right now, with 79 characters in total. I'm thinking that's too long.

    Any thoughts on this?

    i think its Good to have 3 keywords with maximum of 70 characters in all.

    You can carry only 80 characters for any title tag. It doesn't matter that how many keywords you used. For any title tag, you have to need concentrate only on characters.

    actully it should be 71, but try to use less then that.

    Place 3 keywords in your page title with max of 70 Characters and place your primary keyword in the beginning of the title tag.
