    All you have to do is to find a company that allows .eu domains. Such as godaddy.com. Create an account and request a domain transfer. Shouldn't be a problem.

    No, I mean, to own a eu domain you are supposed to live in the eu. Eu is deleting domains from non-eu citizens. Are you talking about privat registration ?
