How many of you effected with Google new EDM update?

please tell me how many of you got effect because of Google new update?

 

From doing a little reading it's suggested to have effected just under 3% of all searches.

I think it's .3%, which is .003 of pages, which is still a ridiculously huge number considering how many pages are indexed per site and how many sites have little to no actual content while in index (eg. parked domains with backlinks).

That being said, all my sites and clients' sites have gone up since this past weekend. Love this update. It seems like a quality refresher.

Just keep on doing good, quality work and you'll increase your rank in SERP and PR.

 

As stated in my previous post, it's much higher than that. The correct number actually being 2.4% - SOURCE.

 

I think the number will gradually increase. It's still too early to tell.

 

haha oops, I saw 3% and read it as .3% as I heard that figure on a few other sites.

2.4% is astonishingly high.

 

There are so effective for the website. my all site ranking is going down . i have no any idea to get better ranking.

 

What is Google's EDM update? second its stand for Exact Domain Match > its mean, google is targeting those websites which URL Exact Match with Keywords. for example
if keyword is Travel or Health then its URL should not like as Travel.com or health.com. am i true or not?

 

Google said only about 3% of all searches, but I have read differently from SEO sites like SEORoundtable. They report that quite a number of sites were affected by the new algorithm change.

There will always be a knock on effect with the continuing changes with Google algorithms. The two things which still seem prevalent today as they have been in the past is fresh and unique content and quality backlinks. If you stay within those parameters then, I don't see there being many long term problems with ranking and enjoying decent organic traffic.

I am totally OK. and All of my sites are still killing the Search Engine.

 

It's 15 - 30% I think.

 

Most of my thin sites were destroyed completely. My good thick sites seem ok though.

 

you mean only 3% websites have affected by google EDM update, it is not my answer, please tell me. how should match the keyword with the domain or url?

 

I dont know exactly my site's are get penalized or not ! but my site lost all the keywords positions & traffic ( organic)!

I don't know exactly is it 3% or any other! Sites are penalized who have lower quality ( as it is basic condition for SEO )
