Hi, as usual I'm having trouble getting my site to look good in IE. If you've got Firefox and Internet Explorer 6 and you know HTML/CSS maybe you can help me with this: Go to my website, http://www.digitalmusictracker.com, in Firefox and IE. It looks fine in Firefox. In IE 6, however, notice how my right content area doesn't touch the left sidebar as it should. Then click the permalink to any of my posts and notice that it looks fine. The weird thing is the content and sidebar IDs are the same for the homepage as they are for the individual post pages (#side & #content). Then click the Contact link at the top. See how messed up it looks? On the Contact page, the sidebar ID is #side, and the right content ID is #contactcontent. What I'd like you to do is fix these problems so that they look right in Internet Explorer and so that things stay as they are in Firefox. If you can do this for me ASAP, shoot me a PM. Thanks Chris
I looked at it in IE7 and FF. I see some minor differences. I guess the padding issue is stll alive in v7. Considering how small the difference is I would not waste the $15 changing it.
Message me via e-mail or AIM. We'll set something up. Certified Internet Webmaster, Jared Morris e-mail (if e-mailing title the e-mail as HELP!^^) AIM Jaredleemorris
IMO. That is an admirable trait. When you temper that with the reality that almost nothing is you have key to success.
Still looking for help on this. What about if I offer $25? I'll pay $25 to anyone who can fix these width issues for me in IE 6 without changing the look in Firefox. Thanks, Chris
