CPA question

I'm using Blamads and I need free offers for International traffic.

I selected at filter Incentivized International but still apears at countries UK or SUA or other countries. Also when I try to access an "international" offer goes to a paid one for my country.(I tried email submit and zip submit offers)

What I need to do to get International free offers?

 

Just keep your eyes open and keep the updates regularly. That is you can do that if you want.

what i need to know if i can find international offers(available for all countries) because when i select International on Blamads there still appears at country UK, USA or other country

 

Could you clarify the issue? Targeting for international traffic isn't working properly?
