    Yes :)

No, we should have a system where people who choose to be educated can find a service that best fits there educational needs and pay for it. The idea that only rich people will get an education if everyone isn't forced to get one is false, the majority of property taxes would be refunded which gives parents more money to do things like this and actual competition would drive costs down enormously.

70% of people pay property taxes(I think) and the ones who don't will benefit from the increased competition.

Also, how is it constitutional or moral to force someones kid to be taught things they disagree with at their parents expense?

also smart people who want to make money in the US arn't going to go to school for jobs that can just be outsourced , anymore

why would people who just want a high paying job go to school for engineering or comp sci, if all the want to do is make money, there is a lot more job security in law and medicine, isn't there?

So you want the government to make career choices for people because it is in their best interest?

I am not saying that, if someone is unable to pay for an education they should seek help from a person or group of people who will voluntarily give time/effort/money to that person. It is immoral to force one type of "help" onto a person at the expense of other people who have had their property taken away through force.

You have a distaste for outsourcing and a love for government control so it is not a stretch.

the public education system is good for the country, it has faults but its part of reason that people in the US can raise themselves up from poverty

    Exactly...

It has nothing to do with people like you, it has everything to do with unions, minimum wage, forced health care, ect.

Your jobs on the internet, isn't it?

You don't think that can be outsourced?....Many people try to simplify outsourcing to merely cheap labor. It isn't that simple. Often it involves all the red tape we have in this country. It's not like Mexico's going upwards as much as India or China.

If you look at Hong Kong, the wages are fairly high, but starting a business over there is as simple as filling out a form...a form. In Mexico they complain about Walmart coming in, and have various Constitutional elments in their way.

Taxation, regulation, and even culture make America less appealing....as time goes by. But it's not just cheap labor. I liken to the Economic Freedom reports. They clearly show we're going in the wrong direction.

ha, I suppose I should go to law, and quit the heli deal. Money isn't necessarily everyones goal. If it was, I'd sell coke.

I know many engineers in their 40's whom have retired. Engineers and scientists will still be an incredible demand in this country.

    -------------------------
Laywers will always have security, because many of them are assholes manipulating the system for their wealth.

Doctors...obviously, yes. Growing demand. Not enough of them. Does that mean the public is stupid?

Healthcare is defintely one of them. Our congress is so confused with private healthcare and regulation, that our public really believe it's exclusively private/free.

    Far from it.

He is for globalization in the same way John Kerry is for making money, they sure enjoy doing it but renounce it as evil because of their need for political gains.

lol, I need no political gains, and I have never heard anyone say making money is evil, I don't think companies who export all their jobs should be given the same benefits from the government as ones that keep their jobs here.
