    My question is IS it legal to keep customers' money frozen for a year to check it?

    What a loaded question! No sir, we are trying to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud! It is not an easy task as I'm sure you can imagine.

    Anyone who gets suspend can call in and submit requested documents.

    why my question is loaded?
    what controversial or unjustified question i asked?

    I am not talking about submission of documents nor about call in .
    when an account got limited why user cant log in ?
    just tell me why ?

    in paypal when limitation or ban imposed people still can log in the account and check their balance and after 180 days people can withdraw their funds.
    why in payza we cant do this ? why fund and account access disappear in payza?

    just tell me why ?


    why we cant see our balance when we get limitation ?

    I agree that it is an inconvenience when funds get frozen but of course we can all agree it's for security and anti-fraud.

    Payza a scam? Hardly! We are growing and hiring more staff to keep up with the demand! In your case i do suggest you submit a ticket (which i'm sure you already did) and call in!

    that's the reason its very easy to say that payza is not a scam


    leave this job and join payza like us as a normal customer u will understand what we are talking about.



    one suggestion kindly search a new job because who knows may be your next month salary also got frozen and u will get a mail like " access to this salary account restricted " lol

    Payza just reversed a payment ($80.4)from ages ago. No prior communication, nothing... I cannot even see the original purchase order since the reversal overrides this information. What a shame, 0 seller protection. I opened a ticket. Lets see if it still takes them 1 month to give a automatic response.

    Sometimes I regret that I ever started with Alertpay but in the end I only keep them because certain of my users (number largely declined) cannot or do not want to use paypal.

    Lets hope payza can cope with the pressure and become a real company with a positive image. I have doubts.

    Is Payza and Egopay owned by same group?

    During the last month it has happened to me twice that payments that i received in my Payza account were reversed and the reason given in the email rather vague. It said that my payer came in possession of fraudulent funds without knowing about it. WTF???? seriously???? So why should I suffer if my payer came in possession of fraudulent funds?

    This is a complete nightmare. I used to think that Payza was a reliable payment method......

    Is there any way to be 100 % sure that the money I am getting in my Payza is 100 % fraud free and won't be reversed in future? Because these type of emails give me minor heart attacks.

    I am VERIFIED account user.

    This is what reply i got from payza team, which totally make me mad and everythings.
    My case which was restricted due Unauthorized Exchanger,
    which i already explained everythings to them that i DO NOT KNOW that guy is an private exchangers.
    I send fund 50 usd for exchange of a trust which he will be teaching me for forex guidance for gold trading, but in memo i only write "exchange....hope not scammers." ( but of cos he scam my money and blocked me in facebook after i send the money )
    i wanted to seek more knowledge in forex but in return i got my money scammed and payza restricted my account and my money gone. about 1300 usd.
    They requested all docs from me, and i already submit alot.
    I already told them that i use alertexchangers which is verified by payza which payza can check about it., so it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to use other private exchangers.

    That's all. After that, they said i do unauthorized exchanger.... this is totally madness.
    I told them i really do not know that guys is private exchanger, i explained to them, and i beg them like a dog to release my account.
    In return Payza Locked my account for 180 days and i guess they will be fines me about 500 USD after 180 days. and i'm not sure that 1300 still there. since payza will eat our money, as i read ALOT OF FORUM ABOUT HOW BAD IS PAYZA.

    So in future for those who has an account with payza, before you send fund to someone, i guess you better check with SUPPORT and check that guy account before you send fund to him/her, if you send fund to someone who accidently is a private exchanger,
    your account will be gone for 180 days. + 500usd fines. ( 500 usd fines completely madness fines. ) but i'm not sure about how much is the fines, i read some forum that did write he been fines by payza for 500 usd and will be deducted in his payza account.

    And this is the worst payment processor that i ever use. Seriously.

    P/S : after i use payza, and my account restricted, i try to do research about payza.... payza name really bad. I barely see someone that who praise about payza.

    payaza restricted my account on 04 august 2012..when i try to login this appears

    Access to your account is currently restricted. Please contact custmer support for assistance.

    i submitted ticket for help got reply after 1 month..

    reply was that

    A photo identification document, such as a passport, driver’s license, country/state ID or medical ID. This identification must be valid and cannot be expired. Please ensure that your date of birth is visible and that it is scanned at a high resolution in color.

    i have my country/state ID on which my date of birth and name is same as that of my payaza account..

    but problem is that they also want

    A proof of address statement, such as a bank statement, credit card statement, phone bill or utility bill. The name and address must match with the information listed in your Payza account. Please ensure that the statement date is visible and that it is dated within the last 3 months.

    i have only available utility bill on which my address is different that i gave on my payaza account..the reason for this is that i changed my home thats why my address was changed because i made payaza account when i was in my old home ....but my city and district is same on both my bill and payaza account..

    I've got quick question for Payza team. When will CC Withdrawals be enabled again for Serbia? It's been several years (I think) that have passed. I still don't use Payza because of that. And can you actually tell me which withdrawal methods are available for Serbia?
