You need a new logo, more simple and appealing to the eye. You also need 10000x more content then you currently have to make your site a success. Your type of website is very competitive. If you need content let me know because I got a crew in china ready to copy & paste content on your site for cheap. Good luck.
Id get some google ads up, or change your header it looks dull, but with some neatly placed ads would break it up, plus you would have some revenue coming in.
I agree with AlwaysSucceed about the logo, It's a bit cluttery, maybe you could just remove the tagline part that is mirrored. And I dont know if it is supposed to be there but in the top left corner I just saw a text saying "Hi WorldWide". A greeting to members that got lost? [The overall look of the site is great though, it's easy to navigate and find things]
You should change your logo into something more simple and easily readable, the current one looks blurry.
I would second or third all that was said. The Logo and header needs some work. To be pretty honest, it's hard to understand or know what this forum is all about from your header and the home page.
for a new forum I think it's great, the addition of accessories you can do over time, important that you have a purpose. step by step..., good luck !

It's nice site but i think first u need to change Logo..b'coz your logo is very poor for your site ,,so as soon as possible u change LOGO...

Simple and effective design. However, your font is too small for many people to read and your logo could use some work. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend time worrying about design as I would spend on building traffic.
Your logo could be upgraded to look more modern. I do like the layout and color theme is nice seems to run smooth. Try adding more and more content
Forum looks good... but you can add social buttons and icons that can bring you more likes tweets and shares.
The logo "breaks" your site design, it doesn't match the quality of the forum graphics, you need a premium logo , and a favicon.
