Selling Cheap sites for clearance - in various stages of development - any offers considered

I have all of the following sites for sale - basically I have too many sites and need to get rid of a few of these so that I can concentrate my time on the others. I don't really mind which ones sell, I value all of them, so feel free to make an offer on any of them.

All sites have good potential but just need someone with the time to build some links and add some more content.

All sites are easy to maintain and in most cases the domains don't expire for ages yet so no need to worry about renewal costs. I can host any of these sites for a while if necessary.

I have analytics available to back up all traffic claims. Some sites have had the odd adsense click here and there but nothing consistent (with the exception of one site) so consider no revenue. Some sites I've only added Adsense to in the last few days, some I'll be adding it shortly, some are actually displaying someone else's ads (bought the site and haven't got around to deleting their ads and adding mine yet!)

I don't have set prices for any sites - I'm looking for figures from low $xx to low $xxx depending on the site.

● Decent traffic already - I only added Analytics yesterday but already 12 uniques today (some search traffic, mostly visitors from Google images)
● 425k Alexa rank
● Facebook fan page with 250+ fans
● 275 unique posts with images
● Quality design

sopabill.net - $15 ONO
● 100% automated (using nulled plugin, however you can buy a legit copy without losing settings etc)
● Exact keyword domain, 27k monthly searches (pretty much all US - US clicks are more valuable than other countries) with $1 CPC
● Small amounts of traffic (1 or 2 visitors per day) arriving through search engines

lolalert.com - $50 ONO
● Funny images blog
● A few visitors per day (not including Google images - need to add a plugin to break out the frame so they appear as visitors)

● adsense earnings - approx $12 this year, but adsense was removed for a while (changed theme and forgot to add adsense again). Adsense earnings haven't been great on the new theme (was trying promoting an affiliate product instead, but it hasn't really worked so need to work on adsense placement again)

● Good backlinks and previously PR2 - holds good authority
● Site is related to torrents, but nothing illegal - just discussing different sites
