I'll be needing a News Type Portal for one area of New York. Unique logo or header included I pay 150-165 USD for this- unique DLE template with nice header of city as bg, and include web 2.0 look. Already tranlsated to English it is. It's DLE 9.5 version, if need upgrade to 9.6 let me know , but Site is already up, just have no time to design myself. Established well in google already with SEO and spidered 6000 pages, getting 400 views average daily. Again, 150-160 USD paypal when work is complete. Do some demos and contact me.
