You have to do workouts everyday and by this I am talking about abdomens. The best thing to do is to talk with a fitness trainer and to learn exercises that can be done at home(if you can't afford going to a gym). Don't forget about the rest of your body. A flat abdomen can't fit a not trained body.
lol, wow guys... Thing is, you cannot target any body part for fat loss. You've got to work out in general and the fat will come off. Fat is distributed equally throughout the body, but the thing is the belly area has the most fat deposits and will hold more. So first go to your doctor... Then when you work out, make sure to do compound exercises. I don't know your age, but the higher intense the workout the better results you will get. Compound meaning, big muscles and more thant one muscles working.. For example: Squats, bench press, dead lifts, leg press, pull ups, dips, shoulder press. The legs are huge, and will burn the most fat when you work them. The more lean muscle you have, the more fat will burn. Add some cardio in there as well, but don't believe the booshiiit out there. do your research if this was indeed a serious question. Make it happen

Since you are a guy my first advice doesn't apply (ie don't get pregnant), but my second bit might - don't think you are entitled to eat as much as you like because a) you are successful or b) it is in front of you. You don't need that much fuel to get through your day. Treat your body like a machine and it will reward you. Put in what is needed and nothing more. Oh, and if you want tight and flat (not just flat) you'll need to work out too.
