Hi-Potential vBulletin Forums - 378 Members in First 2 Weeks

Hi there,
Upon the release of the PS2 game Pro Evolution Soccer 6, I created www.talkPES.co.uk - a vBulletin message board for the large fanbase of the game. The site has been suprisingly popular, you can see the registration stats in this screenshot:


I'm selling because I feel that if managed by someone more adept in SEO and ad positioning etc, the site can flourish. I expect many more users to arrive with Christmas coming up, as more people will be buying the game. Once Google updates their index to include more of the forums/archive there should be a simialr rise in activity.

If possible I would like to remain as an Admin/Mod on the forums as I have a genuine interest in the site - so perhaps the ideal buyer would be someone whose forté is, as I said, SEO, advertising and web site management - while I can continue co/managing the forums if the buyer has no interest in the subject.

Willing to listen to all offers.

 

what is starting bid you have in mind... Is the vBulletin license included ?? If yes how much time does it have left on it (Owned/Leased ???)

 

Unfortunately the forums will come minus the vB license.

And as I said, I'm willing to lsiten to any offers. I have $54 in my AdSense account though, which I would want to cover at least.

 

Where have you advertised? Where is traffic coming from?

The plan was to wait for the pages to get indexed by Google and then people would start arriving. I've also been pushing the forum members to refer friends - which has proved quite effective as there is a 'forum cash' bonus for each referral.

Aye but they still view the forums - which is what coutsn in terms of AdSense revenue
