Understanding Adsense TOS

I have a question that make me headache and looking for a solution for weeks now. Finally I decided to post that here.
Let's say I have a video site that might contain semi nude (not pornographic or hardcore) thumbnails automatically generated from the video + other normal video thumbnails. There is a filter and user can set on this to not to show mature contents too.

My question is, is it OK to have these kind of thumbnails on a page with Adsense ads? As an example: A user has uploaded a video with semi nudity and I have that thumbnail on my recent videos page with Adsense ads or in a search result page.
I noticed this is happening in both of Metacafe and Dailymotion below are the links (Warning: Links may contain semi nudity)

    http://www.metacafe.com/videos_about/1707_molip_2003_avi/
    http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/search/fashion+midnight/1

(You may have to set family filter OFF)

HOW THEY DO THIS? WHY GOOGLE DON'T BAN THEM?

I was managed to not to display Adsense ads on watch pages and category pages that contain mature contents. Same as above sites.

Please read the issue completely. Don't say "NO" as soon as you see ADULT.
I have an active adsense account and I'm planing to show adsense ads on my new site, tubemaxvid(dot)com
This is a video sharing site like YouTube. But users can upload adult (NOT PORN / ONLY SEMI NUDE AND TOPLESS) but in a different section of my site (18+ CATEGORY).* There is no adsense in the 18+ category page or in the 18+ watch video pages.
    * By default, site has a family filter and won't display mature contents to users.
    * If the user turned off the filter, and if there are mature contents in search result pages or default pages, still site will display a thumbnail saying 18+ and not safe for work instead of adult video's thumbnail. And this link will be linked to the watch page with no Google adsense.
** I have reserved ad-blocks in my site with word, Default. These are the ad-blocks that I'm going to use for adsense.
Please review my site, tubemaxvid(dot)com and help me to figure this out. I really appreciate your help.
    Thank you very much!

I wouldn't put Adsense ads on that site. Look at this, "... The AdSense network is considered family-safe, which means that publishers aren't permitted to place Google ads on sites which contain pornography, adult, or mature content..." It gives you examples of what's not allowed. It's not just straight out pornography, they also list sexual dating sites, adult stories, lewd or provocative images, sheer- see through clothing, adult search results...etc. It makes it difficult too, since many people won't even agree on what a lewd or provocative image is. So, the bottom line is that it could possibly place your account at risk. I would try to monetize it in a different way, and save the Adsense ads for a different site.

Thank you very much for the reply. But adsense says not to pud ad code in a places like you describe right? or is it not OK to put ads on entire website? I found this article (adsense.blogspot.com/2009/07/tips-for-maintaining-adsense-friendly.html) SO I'm wondering.

Of course, it's just my opinion. But it says, "The AdSense network is considered family-safe, which means that publishers aren't permitted to place Google ads on sites which contain pornography, adult, or mature content." So, I think it's the site itself, not just the page...

I just went to your site. Even on your home page, it's very mixed content. From family friendly, to not so much. It makes it harder to monetize. You might try separating it to a greater extent if possible. If it were more mature content, I'd say go with becoming an affiliate for a dating site. I've heard that offers good commissions. For the rest, in the family friendly section, maybe CJ since they have such a variety of programs? Not sure.

Thank you for the support. They are still mixed because some of videos haven't moved to 18+ section yet because I can't understand the word 'adult' at the moment. Because some says bikini is not OK and some says bikini is OK. Trying to find actual meaning of mature because again if you look at YouTube, some videos are marked as adult but same kind of some are not marked as adult (youtube.com/watch?v=Z2mZCw1iGf4). Is this policies only for us? What the heck I'm doing wrong even I can't understand. What type of videos actually not safe for family? If you checked meta... or d....motion with some words, they still shows contents with ads :(. I will try CJ today :)

I know, it's very subjective. But when they say "family friendly" I think they mean what you would allow a child to watch. I don't have kids, but I think here's a few that would be on the NO list:

Marika Fruscio - sexy big boobs...
    Katrina Kaif In Boom new
    Tumhi Ho Bandhu - Cocktail
    OMG! PRINCESS KATE MIDDLETON TOPLESS?...
Video Jessy Matador - Alllez Olla...

    etc...

They're not pornographic, just kind of racy.

Some videos are grabbed from YouTube and they are not marked as adult. I think I have to filter videos with keywords and move them automatically. I must go ahead and update my software for this. If you check this URL in "metacafe" ("domain.com"/videos_about/princess_kate_middleton_topless/) (I checked with filter ON), You can see the result. It is hard to maintain a user generated site; so for now, I must stay away from adsense :) I must plan to get a premium membership of them. So I must plant to increase traffic. :)
