    Crap... these releases are getting ridiculous. I'v ebeen applying patches and upgrading more than once a month for a while now

    Its just a Minor update with only admincp/index.php file being updated for cross site vulnerability.

    If they don't then your site can be hacked, you don't have to download whole vb files, just download single patch and replace it with existing file. Only one 3.63 was also one file, and 3.64 is also just one file update due to security issues.
