    If we do same technique for a time. than first traffic increase, but After some time Traffic gradually decrease. But PR have less benifite of single technique. as it count a large no of back link for increasing PR.

    It's simple. If you need PR, you need many links from high PR pages. Any site will be ok :)

    But it's not only PR that matters. You should think about authority, count of linking sites, count of links from sites with the same topic.

    I think good ranking website with nice pagerank is best way but it is not possible most of the time so try articles, press release, Bookmarking and link building.
