Hi, You can make good money with adsense if you follow a few simple steps. 1. Place your ads on upper main body, dont use those banner type ads, they dont work well, always try those square ads. 2. Try to blend the colors of ads to your page background. 3. Never break any of Google TOS 4. Never put adsense on spammy sites, they dont last long. 5. Always place the ads where adsense is the first thing people see when they access your site without scrolling. 6. Never put too much content on the page that distracts the visitors. 7. Dont put those colorful and flashy banners on the page where there is adsense, otherwise visitors will get attracted to them and will never click on adsnese. 8. Always create clean pages. Jason
6. Never put too much content on the page that distracts the visitors. I didnt really consider this too much, good point
Too right you didn't consider that - with good reason too. Yes: less content does mean more clicks on ads. But less content also means less chance that people will link to that article. So if you are building a serious site, that should last a few years, invest (also) in longer, informative articles so your site becomes an authority in its field.
completely agree on all the points. but the site on ur sig doesnt seem that vey authentic dude...yet another "get rich in minutes" scheme - is that your site or?
Thank you everyone for appriciating those points yes there are some other things as well to consider when building sites to make money. One point that "Informed" raised is that the site must be attended. This is very very important. If you put fake email address on the contact us pages, you'll most probably get that site banned. Even not replying to mails on those sites puts you in a risky position. Google wants you to put adsense on a responsive and quality site. Obviously they can not check every site out there but a fake email address is too easy for a bot to catch. What do you guyz think about this?
Good tips. I am was just wondering what if we don't have a layout where we can fit that square ads. Like say in forums. Can anyone comment on that one? Thanks.
