    wow!!

    NFC took a beating today!

    Anybody see INDY/Dallas?

I'll be honest...I didn't think the Cowboys were going to pull it out - I had to tape the game...just not the same watching it on tape (yeah, no DVR in this household).

Cowboys still did enough to possibly loose the game too, that's what is impressive to me!

I'm kinda glad Dallas won, maybe turns thursday into a trap game (a letdown after a big win). Good for the bucs, perhaps?

I dont really care about tonight's game too much. I'll watch it, i guess, though. Jacksonville? eh. I think the giants will win.

Hehehe. I guess it will. We will see on thursday. I'm totally hyped after the Bucs barely squeaked by a rookie QB and the worst passing defense in the league ;) We rock! LOL

They were just having a discussion about Urlacher on the Chicago ESPN radio.

The guys were saying that when it's all said and done, Urlacher will be regarded as the best Bear of all-time.

Yeah, maybe if they win a few Super Bowls!

    Otherwise....Payton.

I don't really want to read through this whole thread but I have two words to say... Da Bears!!!

I don't think we can consider Urlacher the best Bears player in the history of the franchise, although he is getting up there.

bears defense is definitely top tier, but that offense is still suspect. i still think grossman sucks.

I didn't see much of the early run but he sure has struggled in the past 3 games!

NE ought to be a ripping good game!!

Bucs and Ravens in recent years have shown that with a top ranked defense, your offense can be very average and still win a superbowl. I think the Bucs were #2 on defense, #22 on offense. Ravens were similar in their superbowl win.

It doesn't normally work the other way around, though. Good offense, bad defense doesn't win superbowls. As long as the Bears offense stops turning the ball over and scoring about 17 or 18 points, I think its not really an issue.

Yeah, I'm actually surprised NBC didn't use the "flex game" thing and make the game Bears vs. Patriots. That game seems better to me than Colts vs. Eagles. The Colts aren't even undefeated anymore! :D

I'm going to say Bears by 7 over the Pats. It should be a great game, as long as Grossman doesn't get pressured early.

right, not to mention that the Eagles just aren't the Eagles without McNabb....not that the flexers knew that when they made the schedule adjustment.

Yeah, it may be because the Bears are playing on Monday Night in two weeks after the Patriots game. Maybe they don't want two prime time games with the same team so close together.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Tony Romo's 5 TD game against Tampa. He scored 51 points against me in fantasy football.

Yeah I have the Tampa Bay defense in my fantasy football league too. That made me lose, even though my team sucks anyways.
