Are people willing to buy sponsored links for joomla themes

    I know that joomla isn't as popular as wordpress and the other content management systems but I was wondering if there are people out there that are willing to spend money buying joomla theme sponsored links ? I used to use Joomla, it is a bit complicated by its still understandable.

    Don't worry, mate. I have started learning joomla but not wordpress because I feel joomla is better choice than wordpress. WordPress is more popular because it is more simple to use but I heard wordpress has a lot problems with compability of its updades and plugins. I am not sure it is not the same with joomla.

    No, unless folks pay absolutely no attention to SEO. It will totally kill rankings and is ranking factor now. This has been addressed specifically by Google.

    Do you suggest that joomla acts againsts page ranking? I think it has some functions for SEO purpose to increase PR.

    That would depend on what it is you are trying to do. Are you designing templates and attempting to get paid for those?

    That is a business model issue and really has nothing to do with SEO or links on a template. Most folks just remove them anyway.

    I am happy to advise you if you can tell me what it is you want to do, what you are good at and what makes you happy work wise.
