    The top right 468*60 ad is not going to bring much clicks.
    Better put one image ad of size 300*xxx on the right sidebar somewhere at the beginning.
    Also, the 468 sized ad in the posts is not that good. Try replacing it with a rectangle text ad of size 300*xxx or 336*xxx.

    300 x 250 best place at second position on the sidebar.. for me..
