    I really like the font, that red stuff in midle of the name.

    Ask yourself if you can answer these questions:
    1) When you look at your logo do you get the the idea of what you actually do? (remove photography below your logo and ask yourself that question)
    2) What are the choice of colors for the logo? Is it appropriately colored?
    3) Is the shape you've used specific and unique?

    I like it. Its a huge logo and banner type but overall it looks professional and colors are nice and words are clear.
