Buying Wordpress (Real Estate Themes) Modification + Payment Integration

    Hello,

    I am setting up a Wordpress Site with a Real Estate theme, not sure which I am buying yet, but it is going to be one of the ones here at the following places:

    http://slashmarks.com/beautiful-premium-wordpress-real-estate-themes/

    Now, these all have places where Agents can signup and submit listings and things, I am looking for someone who can modify the code that will allow the admin of the site to be able to "Get Paid" via Paypal before they approve the listing, so it is going ot be a small modification.

    So if you have worked with either of these themes before please let me know and how much it would be.

    We've worked with Gorilla real estate themes, they are OK - lack quite a lot - we have found better themes on themeforest :)
