You can try fiverr. Do not buy traffic there per se, just get a gig where they will put a link or banner for your site on their busy site. The emphasis is on busy.

 

I would be very careful with fiverr, it can take some rummaging before finding quality and useful gigs. Most of the gigs are rubbish and do not last very long afterwards. I would avoid fiverr gigs like link building and many others unless you have a reliable source of reviews and recommendations
