hi masters i have a paypal premier account and use paypal merchant for my vBulletin forum (selling vip) my account has been limited after doing 3 selling with paypal PayPal wants the following, but I have questions: 1-"Provide proof of delivery" ==> my selling merchandise is virtual and Automatically be delivered immediately,"Tracking Number"How do I complete this field? 2-"Supplier Contact Info" ==> my merchandise is virtual(I'm supplier),what thing i upload?? if i upload my credit card statment .no problem?(for confirm my address(supplier address)) or create visiting card (Address by myself)?
they did the same to me ! i'm running my own online business selling my php scripts and never got any dispute but later this time they put me on limitation and said we will restore it if only gives us business documents prove that you own your "codes" !!! this is totally stupid and my account was also premier
some times PayPal asks those thing without raising any disputes. Please submit what they ask. Everything will be fine
1-"Update phone numbers" 2-"Provide proof of delivery" 3-"Provide Invoices" 4-"Supplier Contact Info" 5-"Provide more information about payments"
