Hello Friends., I want to build a e-commerce site, but did not understand which CMS i use. Joomla or Wordpress ? Also which module are best for sale products in Joomla ? Help Me... Thank you
Magento and Opencart sure is good, but some think they're a bit difficult to start out with. If you want an easy solution you could go with Wordpress and the Woocommerce plugin, its free and easy to use. And I'm sure there are tons of good ecommerce themes out there aswell.
Not a fan of doing huge professional e-commerce sites with wordpress but he has a point. It is a very sound plugin and wordpress couldnt possibly be any easier to use. Nigel
Thank you Nigel Lew and Simnil33 Also friends can you tell me Woocommerce Plugin working on every Theme or selected theme ?? Thank you
Woocommerce works on every wordpress theme, but I reccomend using an e-commerce theme with woocommerce support. They have extra features integrated to make your site look like an actual store and not just a blog with a shopping cart. Check out some themes: "woothemes(dot)com/themes/woocommerce-themes/ And the actual plugin: "woothemes(dot)com/woocommerce/" I'm actually working on one myself right now over at "hotforarticles(dot)com" if you wanna take a look. Sorry I cant post regular links, My account here on DP is very new
If you compare wordpress then joomla, then joomla is best . if you want unlimited features then you should go with magento.
Go for WordPress as WP is user-friendly, it's easy to work over WP with lots of free & paid plugins available. Don't go for 3rd party plugins as you can't relay on that. The best part of WordPress is its huge user base, which makes it easy for you to connect with the WP community. Hope this help..!!
