    Im not sure, you will have to submit a webreview via our website.

    Submitting your website/business for review is simple and fast. Just follow these instructions:

    1. Login to your Payza account
    2. Click on the green "My Payza Account Main Menu" button
    3. Click on "Manage Websites" and "Add Website"
    4. Enter your website URL, complete the questionnaire and click on "Next" to submit your website for review

    Once you have done this, your “Review Status” will state “Awaiting Approval” and a decision will be rendered on whether or not you will be able to accept Checkout payments through your website. The entire process will take 3-5 business days to complete.

    Chris here, i would suggest you do not close any dispute because they cannot be reopened, everything to do with dispute should be handled staright from the resolution center on our website. Log in/main menu/resolution center!

    When ever I tried to login in to my payza account I'm getting the below message . I'm not sure Payza is not capable of handling the traffic?

    Really shame of payza and I'm thinking of sticking to paypal and paxum.

    Why is my payza account suspended ?
    I've been working with Payza from last 3 years and this is what you do with your loyal sellers !!
    Your support is so slow, you always take so time to send funds to bank and now even suspended the account ??

    Please activate my account asap as its affecting our business ! Our account have $1400+ balance in it !

    I did not close the ticket. but, I got a second mail from payza asking to me to close the ticket.

    Its the same mail i got "

    I have raised several tickets ... No response for past 24 hours.. Payza support is really worst. I felt it is very worst , when they don't have enough infra to handle the traffic. Never had similar issue with any of the payment services I use. As of now I use mostly all payment service but first time facing the issue. Company started with few vps will always be an issue.

    Hi !!

    I had made a request for withdrawal via Bank Transfer method to my HDFC Bank Account in India on 03rd September and this is my First Withdrawal . The Reference No for the same is : EABCD-5F9A0-48AE7 .

    It was said that for the first withdrawal , it would take an additional of 7 business days in addition to the 3-4 days of clearance.

    But it's gonna be almost a month now , and it's way too past the above said dates .. and i am yet to see any transfer in my bank account . Whenever i raise a Ticket , the only response i get is "since your's is a first withdrawal , it will take additional 7 days" -- which i already know and is clearly mentioned in your website too ..

    Why is there such a huge delay in the transaction , just as a matter , how do you expect a customer to come back to you , when even a single transaction takes a soo long time of 1 month (almost), and that too without proper response ..

    Request you to clearly tell me the way to proceed further on this..

    Your support is really horrible and very slow. Most of them don't know what is reality. Looks to be lots of school kids of the support and no proper training at all..

    Now you are not able to bare the heat of people in DP and running away from it?

    Any good affiliate networks will be happy enough to help people in DP, since there are many people living outside of US also looking for support. Looks like payza is going to die soon

    If you receive an email that claims to be from Payza but was sent from a different domain or an email asking you to provide your password, transaction pin, or verify your account information, this email was not sent from Payza. Please forward these emails to .

    These fraudsters are something else!

    Yes we did and are experiencing issues with Bank Transfers to India, i don't know the technical reasons for this to be honest. I know that Bank Wires are much smoother though ( and more costly i know, i know..)

    We've been told that the problem would be rectified this week, i know for a fact that we have a lot of India customers which means Payza would be losing out on a lot of money which makes it important! Our guys are working hard to get it fixed soon!
