    Hi All,

I have little confusion about Google Analytics. Do i need to put analytic code in each and every page or just in home page? Can i check the whole traffic just with Home Page Analytic Code?

    Waiting for your kind response.

    Regards,
    WS

You need to place code on each and every website if your header is unique for each and every page to view all your website traffic

Some CMS packages such as Wordpress allow you to install a plugin which will add Google Analytics code to all pages on your site.

Just maintain a common header that includes Analytics tracking code and import that header file in all pages

I think create common header for your site and just put GA code on that header file. From there you can trace your whole site. GA provides landing page option where you can see your website visitor flow.

You have to put the code in every page you want to track.
But if you use dynamic site with php you can insert the analytics code once, it will there on every page.

I would recommend you to use a WordPress as CMS or any other popular CMS. So that you won't get any trouble in future.
