Why is it that warrior forum site will not load on my computer?

I kinda confused about this when i visit warriorforum.com because it wont load. and then in other days it will load.. may i know how to solve this?

Try to access via a proxy and see if it's working ...

 

I think a better question is, why would you want the warriorforum to load on your PC?
