Selling website over 6,000 unique visitors a day

I am looking to sell http://www.mpoglist.com which is a mpog games directory. It averages 6,000 unique visitors a day and this traffic is from search engines, word of mouth of site referrals (please note i have never puchased advertising for the site).

The site contains an automated script for updating the hit list. The site also contains a detailed description of mpog games. Sites can also add game news and game specials to the site.

Domain is registered at speedy registrations until 1-1-2007. If you create an account i can transfer it to you.

Currently hosted on my server, i will assist the person in moving to their own server.

I will also give the winning bidder an Excel file with all potential advertisers and current advertisers which i spent numerous hours acquiring.

Revenue:

I have not really spent much time trying to generate revenue for it. I have sold a few private ads (prices can be seen at: http://www.mpoglist.com/advertise.html) and i currently have Google ads up there that do not generate too much money.

I am sure there are better options such as affiliate programs, sending traffic to your game related site.

Reason for selling:

Due to getting a real full time job i have no time to run and develop this site. I would rather sell it to someone who can develop it and make it reach its true potential.

Could you please post third party stats (eg extreme counter) because awstats aren't always accurate, and could you send me adsense screenshots, refers, etc.

 

I am unsure what you mean by a third party stat counter, can you please provide a link to 1? i.e to extreme counter.

Regardsing adsense the revenue is like $0.50-$1 a day. I can post the stats if you want.

 

Also why are in/out ratio so low in comparison with http://www.gtop100.com/

 

Are results are cleared every month, theres might be a different time period.

We have direct links to the games, which are not recorded in the official stats. So if someone clicks on one of the direct links they still go to the website but it does not move the 'out' counter up.

I believe there website is larger (traffic wise) then mine.
