where to make complain? ,domain related, ICANN ?

i sold a website with domain about few years back,
and the guy never changed his info in whois ,for admin,contact,and other info.

i contacted one time ,and they never did anything,so i contacted again and no reply !

so is time to take other action against the new owner and the registrar for failing to comply

with the domain rules,as i am not the owner so they need to change it manually if the new owner did not changed.

i just dont want my info there...

I don't think you can complain directly to ICANN. Perhaps you should follow up with the domain registrar that you registered in the first place to sort things out.

 

have u filed complaint with registrar ? normally these complaints can be submitted in registrars abuse/contact section

Using false or incorrect information in the Whois can be grounds for losing the domain name. If you report this to ICANN they should certainly take action on it. However, if the email address he is using is correct it might be a bit more difficult as ICANN will normally start by sending out an email and ask the owner to verify that the Whois info is correct.
