Simple is good. But it shouldnt open directly to posts.. There should be a simple landing pages and parts of different blog categories showing on landing page.

The blog is quite o'k actually Just pay more attention to the titles of your posts - they should be short, informative and catchy. And yes, it's better to use upper case letters for each new word in the title, except for articles and prepositions.
Although , your blog has Simple design ,Design only attract Visitor with 90-100% bounce rate , important thing is your content is informative so thumbs Up for your blog
