I hv an entertainment website... where google adsense ads running... traffic around 150-200, but income is very low.... 5$ p.m. Sometime I see that un-relevant ads displaying. Can anyone suggest me how can i increase my income???
Income depents on CTR and CPC (beside traffic). CPC is your ads value per click and it matches your content (most of the time). So if you content fits with high CPC keywords then you might get some valueable clicks. Beside CPC there is CTR that is the amount of clicks you get. 1% = 1 out of 100 people who click. Is your CTR is below 2% or 3% then you might have enough chances to improve that.
Well you have to increase your traffic. Does your website have a lot of textual content? Google's adsense needs that to tailor the adds to your website. Having said that, I have noted that adsense sometimes pushes completely irrelevant adds.
Quite simply, I advise to splittest the location, size and appearance of your ads. I had a blog that was making $.5 a day, moved ads to the "1 oclock" position and it jumped to a few dollars a day. I'm not driving a boat from these payments, but you can see that adjusting location can be a huge plus. Make the ads "above the fold" if you can for huge boosts.
good traffic + good content = good money less traffic + good content = less money note: CTR increases with traffic.
If the ads are irrelevant, then you either don't have enough text on your pages, or the Google adbot is unable to find a common thread of relevant material to base it's ad serving on. Try adding more text and research and include keywords that have low competition and high search rate to increase your traffic.
Today, Google ads are no longer directly connected to the content. Google collects information about the visitors from other sites with Adsense, their search results, and by that way it adjusts the ads better.
This is somewhat true but not always the case. I run a classifieds website & my content shows up as both my search results & depending what the content of the page is.
First and best advice I have is never take advice from people on the internet....Look at some of the threads, you could ask what does SEO stand for and get 10 different responses.Best thing you can do is google search for things, test different concepts, strategies and tactics until you find something that matches your skill set.
you cant exppect to earn hundreds or thousands with only 150~200 traffic, and your niche is low pay niche therefore, you need to increase your traffic to get more earning

Making money with AdSense is not easy, and it is getting more difficult all the time; I think people are getting so accustomed to seeing the ads, they are clicking on them less and less frequently. A typical Click-Through Rate (CTR) is about 0.04%, which means you need MANY visitors to generate much revenue (4 clicks per 10,000 visitors). A few things you can do: keep working to increase the traffic to your site; attract ads that better fit into the theme of your website and the visitors it draws (the AdSense site shows ways to influence the types of ads shown on your site); include an ad near the top of the page to maximize its visibility (it will have a higher CTR than an ad at the bottom of the page); attract ads that have higher bids on them. Good luck.
Are you talking about 150 visitors or page views? I think the problem is your keyword. I think you should research your keyword again and find out the loop holes then start working again. thanks
A follow-up: If your site is getting non-relevant ads, have you tried Section Targetting to try to influence AdSense to feed your site more relevant ads? With Section Targetting , you can indicate to AdSense what parts of your site are not important and what parts of your site are more important. It provides a way for you to influence the type of ads being displayed on your site. There is more information on Section Targetting on an AdSense Help Page: https://support.google.com/adsense/...68&ctx=cb&src=cb&cbid=-1jzv0fnih07jc&cbrank=0
