I go to to the gym 4 days a week. And no, 4 isn't lazy lol - any more is too much - I'm heavily into bodybuilding, love being in the gym.
What do you think to loose extra weight? only exercise is enough? what do you people think to take a weight loss pill to loose extra weight?
Thinking about anything is not going to make you fit. You need to do the thing you think in order to be fit.
The best way is to run. People are made for running so it's the best sport you can participate in. If you don't want to run just for running then play football, basketball etc.

Being a lover of food i think the idea is to eat good and healthy food and be regular in going to gym to burn the extra calories..
